We want you to love your Koio shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure soles are clean and free of marks to qualify for a full refund or a seamless size swap.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Koio dust bags and shoebox, then secure them inside the original shipping container.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
